She holds a degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw. She began her professional journey working with Meta and has specialized in this ecosystem ever since, now holding a Meta Ads certificate confirming her skills.

Throughout her career, Yaroslava has worked in a range of roles, including Head of Marketing in large American corporations across B2B and B2G segments, as well as in dynamic European startups. Having also launched her own startup, she deeply understands the ecosystem of fast-growing young businesses.She has consulted major companies as a marketing strategist and today focuses all her time and energy on growing the agency and delivering measurable results for clients.

Volodymyr is a marketing specialist with a medical background, which makes him especially strong in projects related to healthcare. He is highly detail-oriented and always builds his work around clear goals and measurable results, moving forward in small but confident steps.

Artem Shevchuk is a sales specialist with strong expertise in marketing and international communications. He has worked with the largest translation agency in Ukraine, contributing to international projects and localization processes, and also collaborated with the company Temo. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Linguistics and has worked in academia, including participating in examination processes as the head of an examination committee and supporting courses related to marketing. 

Artem has over a year of experience in international sales and global procurement. He also has hands-on eCommerce experience, having managed a Shopify store and worked with Meta Ads, maintaining a strong, practical connection to marketing and business growth.

Karina is a designer who delivers exceptionally high-quality creatives in a very short time. Design is truly her element, and she specializes specifically in advertising creatives. She understands every detail, from where to place the text to which font and colors to use, all with one goal in mind: to drive conversions and help your audience take action.
