What was the process of development?
First of all, real estate is not an e-commerce, and an investment of $250 000 dollars in the project does not feel like buying a $50 piece of anything. The audience capable of such investments is quite narrow and requires time and trust. The client asked to continue advertising with the awareness goal because people were sending her direct messages on Instagram inquiring about investment opportunities. We decided to keep the awareness campaign running and launch a Meta leads campaign to collect leads and drive people to the webinar.
We agreed on collecting leads for the webinar, but it didn’t work. Nobody actually joined the webinar.
Our next approach was to collect leads on the lead form and on the website. As the client had many projects within the company (different real estate projects completed already), she would like to show the results and attract more people to invest.
